Here at Tae's, we accept Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, and Klarna Installment Processor.


Processing Time/Shipping Time

Please allow 3-5 business days processing time for your order to ship. Shipping rates on all orders will be calculated by USPS. Your tracking information will be sent via email once your purchase has been shipped. Please allow up to 24hrs for the tracking number to update.


Order Cancellation

You have 24 business hours to request order cancellation. Please email us at taetaesfashion@gmail.com OR contact us via phone at 601-830-7307 within business hours.

IF YOUR ORDER STATUS HAS BEEN CHANGED TO PROCESSING OR ALREADY SHIPPED, YOU MAY NOT CANCEL YOUR ORDER!


Return/Damages Orders

PLEASE MAKE SURE that you insert the correct shipping address at checkout. If your order has to be returned to Tae's, you must pay for another shipping label. YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED on fault of your own.

If your order is returned to Tae's Fashion Boutique, you must pay for shipping in order to receive your merchandise. We ARE NOT responsible for reshipping your orders being returned due to incorrect address. NO FUNDS WILL BE REFUNDED ON RETURNED ITEMS.

For security reasons, please make sure that the address you provide is accurate. Tae's Fashion Boutique IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for any orders once they are dropped off at the shipping facility. You must then place a claim with the shipping company. Tae's Fashion Boutique, LLC IS NOT responsible for any lost, stolen or damage packages.

All orders are checked for quality before being shipped out. Tae's Fashion Boutique is not responsible for any lost or damages that occur during the shipping. Once your package has been shipped all delivery responsibilities will be handled by USPS/ UPS.

We DO NOT accept returns / exchanges on items for safety health reasons. All items are final sale.
