Question: Why is Tae's theme leopard print?
Answer: Growing up in middle/high school I struggled with low self-esteem. Ending high school/beginning college, I begin to see myself in a new light; for my true beauty. I begin to dress good, so I would feel good, then I would do good things in the world. Leopards are fierce, dangerous predators who are territorial and confident in being alone. That's TAE!
Question: Why did you start your business?
Answer: I started Tae's Fashion Boutique because I wanted women of all walks of life to be able to shop for fashions for a date night, or work, or a day out with the family/girls and not have to break the bank to do it. I have seen so many boutiques in my small lifetime who have amazing items, but they are so overly prices that you can't support as you want because you can't afford it!
At Tae's, our boutique is $40 and less AND we give back to non-profit organizations monthly as well. So as God blesses us to receive, we also give back!
My pastor always says the open hand that gives is the hand that can receive. A closed hand can't receive.
Question: Are your fashions affordable for all women?
Answer: YES!! Our entire boutique is priced at $40 and less PLUS when you shop with us, you will receive a 20% off discount code on the thank you card that you can use unlimitedly. Also, throughout the year, we like to give discounts/automatic discounts during holiday seasons.
Question: What are the payment options at checkout?
Answer: At checkout, you can pay with Square which is ANY credit or debit card. Your information IS NOT saved for privacy reasons, so no one will be able to steal your information. It is a secure checkout.
You can also check out with PayPal which is another secure check out.
Thirdly, we have KLARNA Installment Payment Gateway as well where you can shop now, and split your payments into 4 payments every two weeks.
Question: What is KLARNA? How are apart are the payments due?
Answer: Klarna is an installment payment gateway. You can check out with this payment option if you want to purchase fashions from Tae's, but may not be able to pay the entire total at checkout. With Klarna, your total is divided into 4 payments. You make the first installment payment at checkout. You make the other payments every 2 weeks until you pay it off.
When your initial payment goes through at checkout, I will begin to process your order.
Question: Do you provide discount codes?
Answer: OF COURSE!! When you check out at Tae's and receive your order, you will have a Thank You card with a discount code on the back that you can use at any time, unlimitedly.
Additionally, on holidays, I also provide automatic discount codes.
Question: How long is shipping?
Answer: Here at Tae's, we ship via USPS. OUR PROCESSING TIME is 3-5 business days. Shipping is usually 3-5 days. Once you receive your tracking number via email, you will be able to track your order as well.
Please make sure to give your order 24 hours for the tracking to update once you receive your tracking number.
Question: Do I have to insert my shipping information each time I checkout?
Answer: When you come to my boutique's website, click the option that says "My Account." Create a free account so that when you check out, you won't have to enter your name/address/ etc. every time. If you do not create a free account, you will have to enter your information each time.
**Mobile: click the three lines on the right and click on "My Account."
**Ipad or desktop: At the top, click on the person inside the circle on the top right.
Question: How can Tae be contacted if there is a question about an item, my order, etc.?
Answer: To contact Tae, you can use the CONTACT US tab to reach us by email at taetaesfashion@gmail.com or via phone (call or text) at 601-830-7307.
If you contact us, please always say your name and your order # so I can better assist you.
Question: Where is the inventory on your website?
Answer: The inventory at Tae's is in the Collections because I have 60 items, too many to have on the homepage. You can find the collections:
A. On the homepage
B. At the top on the scroll down bar
Question: When do you ship orders?
Answer: I ship orders the next business day AFTER PACKAGING. If I pack your order on a weekend (Saturday/Sunday), It will be shipped the following Monday due to the post office being closed on the weekend.
Please keep in mind that on holidays the post office is closed as well. So always the next business day.
Question: When do you go live on TikTok to package orders?
Answer: I am also an educator, so I will always go live in the evening time.
I will ALWAYS be live between Friday-Sunday. I will try to go live between Monday-Thursday when I can.
***I always post to my Tik Tok story and my Tok Tok page the order line up and the time I am going live so everyone is aware of when their order will be packed on live.
***If I get to your order and you are absent, it will still be packaged on live so that I can ship my orders out next day AFTER PACKAGING.
Question: How often do you add inventory to the boutique's website?
Answer: New inventory/restocks will be added to Tae's once a month.
Question: Can you explain the free gift?
Answer: Every FIRST order you place starts your punch card and gets you a free gift. The free gifts are set up in sets of 50. After the first 50 fashionistas, I restock the freebie and change the items inside. They have different items inside that are meaningful and helpful. It is my way of giving back to you for supporting my boutique.
Question: How do we enter a discount code at checkout?
Answer: You want to click on the blue words "Redeem your coupon."
**Ipad/desktop: On the left side under the items in your cart, it will say "Have a promo coupon? Redeem your coupon." (You want to click on Redeem your coupon.)
**Phone: You want to stroll down under the yellow bar that says "PayPal Checkout." You will see the words "Have a promo coupon? Redeem your coupon." (You want to click on Redeem your coupon.)
Question: What happens if I receive my fashions and there is a damage?
When Tae's packs all orders, no fashions are damaged. If you receive your fashions and they are damaged INSIDE the packaging, you have 24 hours FROM RECEIVING YOUR PACKAGE to contact Tae WITH PICTURE EVIDENCE to receive a store credit.
IF YOU HAVE DAMAGE from the transit process, you must file a claim with USPS.
****IF THERE IS AN ERROR WITH YOUR ORDER INVENTORY, you have 24 hours once your order is delivered via USPS to contact Tae via email (taetaesfashion@gmail.com) or via phone/text (601-830-7307) with your

With evidence provided within 24 hours, Tae will compensate you with the correct item (if in stock) or refund (if the item is not in stock). UPON YOUE NEXT ORDER, Tae will add the items.
TAE WILL NOT respond to order inquiries via social media.
